This weekend marks the 36th Film Festival in Telluride. The festival will start September 4 and last until the 7th.

A schedule of films will not be posted until the day before but rumor has it that this year is sure to be a delight.

If you do not have a ticket to the shows, no worries. Thursday and Friday night a film will be featured in Elks Park free to the public. Pack a picinic and make sure to bring your blanket while you enjoy a film under the stars.

Wednesday Sunset Concert Series

Make sure your calendars are wide open tomorrow evening. Delta Spirit is playing a FREE conerct in the Sunset Plaza as part of the Sunset Concert Series. Starting at 6pm and lasting until 8pm, this band will rock the house and make you become a fan!

I personally saw them in June and was instantly entertained! Pack your picinic, tell your friends and make sure you are there! Even if it's raining you don't want to miss them (there was a tornado warning surrounding the area when I saw them and I think it made the concert that much better!).

Obama seemed to deliver a clearer message Saturday than he had in two previous town hall meeting this week, delving even into his own personal story of losing his grandmother. The event was all part of the ongoing debate over whether and how to reform the health care system in this country.
