Mount Quail Opens!
Telluride is a happening place right now. Aside from all the holiday cheer and travelers there is much going on on the mountain and around town. Mount Quail opened on Monday making many skiers and boarders extremely excited for a well wished Christmas present. The hike-to terrain is accessible from Prospect lift 12.
Tonight Mountain Film presents Sean White in "Don't Look Down" a film about the Olympic snowboarder at the Sheridan Opera House. 6:30pm
Organic Wine and Tapas Tasting at the Bubble Lounge will be taking place from 4-8p.m. tonight. Music performed by Michael Scherr. Tickets $60 at the door or $55 in advance.

Happy Holidays!
Telluride is alive and filled with holiday spirit. The town is packed with people coming to ski and get away for the week. Tonight is the torch light parade down the town side and Mountain Village side of the mountain at 6:30. Local ski school, ski patrol, and others who sneak their way in the line will be skiing down the mountain with fire sticks making for a wonderful holiday sight.

The challengers will be competing for the largest payout in the industry, topping $250,000 plus additional cash bonuses.
Complementing the action on the snow will be the Basecamp Music Experience, which brings together live music, fashion shows, film festivals, environmental expos and street parties to reflect all elements of mountain culture.
