Silverline Passes Sketch Plan Review
Silverline 2, located in Mountain Village on Lot 161 CR, will be a mixed-use project made up of 44 condo units, 37 lodge units, 22 lodge efficiency units, 3 employee units, and 20,000 square feet of commercial space with required underground parking. Concerned Citizens' Group fought against the previous plans saying the project was too big for the Village Core. Silverline 2 appears to meet guidelines and will not be an issue with development.
