$131,820 per year in estimated lodging taxes
$131,820 per year in estimated airline gaurantees
$5,445,000 in Real Estate Transfer Assessments
$6,448,000 in donated land for the floor area
$4,200,000 in 42 parking spaces
$500,000 in donated cash towards construction
$3,100,000 in 7 employee condominiums
$500,000 in donated cash towards affordable housing
