Final Unit Sold in New Ridgway Development

Every unit of The RedCliff residential/commercial project is off the market, only months following completion of the project. The Victorian building located on South Lena Avenue in Ridgway offers residents and businesses an in-town location right across from the Mountain Market and is walking distance to Ridgway restaurants, shops and the post office.

The four units, which sold between $279,000 and $359,000, include Fridgedaire stainless steel appliances, gas cook top and wall oven, satellite television, Ethernet, wiring for alarm and in-wall sound system, air-conditioning and gas forced air heat, slate door entry and gas fireplace. The units feature great views of the Cimarron Range and the distinctive pink sunsets that color the valley.

Ridgway is located 37 miles from the Town of Telluride and is known as the manufacturing spot for the Grammy Awards and was the shooting location for the film True Grit with John Wayne. In fact, the movie set still sits next to the Uncompahgre River - an excellent spot for those traveling to Telluride to stop and enjoy both the scenery of the valley and the majesty of the Sneffels Range.
