Skier numbers up!
The 2004-2005 ski season has ended with a record number of skiers! Telluride Ski and Golf said that the numbers could top 400,000! That is a lot of revenue for our little ski town. The abundance of snow and the great real estate market are what have been bringing more tourists to the Telluride area. Ski in/ski out condos have been the hottest thing on the market since sliced bread! An investment in a condo, home or vacant land in the Telluride area is a sound one!
