Open house and vacant lot tour
There was an open house, open lot tour today for the brokers. Each of these vacant lots or homes were ski in/ski out properties. There was an average turnout for a pretty sunny day. Each broker had the chance to win a cash prize or a plane ride if they visited each property. Not many took this great opportunity to see the houses and land available on the ski runs. Ski in/ski out property are the hottest on the market today. Whether it is a condo, house or vacant land, people want to be able to ski out of their unit!
