Record number of visitors
Telluride announced that they had a record high of visitor turnout over the holidays. Hotels were up around 45% and vacation home rental companies also saw an increase in visitors. More people are realizing the great terrain that Telluride has to offer as well as the great real estate in the area. Condos, homes and vacant land are all hot commodities right now.
