Telluride Mountain Village Real Estate Tour Has Huge Turnout!
The Telluride Mountain Village new listing preview tour that took place on Wednesday the 15th of December had an incredible turnout. Telluride 360 Real Estate, which had 4 listings on the tour noticed the largest turnout at their new ski in / ski out homes located in the Stonegate subdivision. 14 Stonegate Drive and 15 Stonegate Drive received about 90 visitors. Both homes are being offered pre completion, although 14 Stonegate Dr. will be finished before the months end. With high end finishes, appliances, huge views and ski in / ski out access a lot of positive feedback was given by brokers and public alike. Lunch was served at 14 Stonegate Dr. and dessert at 15 Stonegate Dr. A Movable Feast did the catering and I can say first hand it was delicious.
Cortina, a new development in the Mountain Village, listed by Ernie Graham also had a great turnout. This development offers 19 single-family units on a site originally zoned for 30+ units.
