Couples can get a marriage license for $10.00 at the San Miguel County Clerk's office located at the Courthouse (under the historic clock tower) on Colorado Avenue, Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. You must bring proof of age and parents' names and addresses. If divorced, bring the date, court name and location (city and state); if widowed, the date and place. The license must be used within 30 days. No blood test is required. There is no waiting period.
