Having begun his hospitality career in the high end tennis resort industry in 1985, Henry C. Lystad moved to Telluride in 1992 and founded Alpine Rentals, a fledgling property management operation involving a small handful of clients. During the next decade, he directed the evolution of this business into Alpine Lodging & Real Estate, becoming the largest and most respected provider of luxury vacation rentals in the Telluride region with over 150 clients. Henry has leveraged his business finance education from the University of Illinois-Springfield throughout his career - he now embraces an entrepreneurial management philosophy and a team approach to position his company for winning projects involving real estate management and sales.

In addition to his Managing Broker responsibilities, Henry maintains a hands-on approach with the company's marketing efforts, leading creative direction and campaign development for both Telluride 360 Real Estate and clients. He has fostered personal relationships over the years that have yielded favorable placement and positioning of advertisements in local media. He is also personally involved with numerous community organizations including many of the Telluride region's notable festivals and events. As well as being the current Vice President of the Telluride Youth Soccer Club. He is also a past elected member of the Telluride & Mountain Village Visitor Services Board of Directors, which coordinates the entire regional marketing effort. Henry is a licensed real estate broker in both Florida and Colorado. A happily-married father of four, he is heavily vested in the Telluride community, and enjoys tennis, skiing, squash, and golf.

As a Colorado native, Adam has lived in the Southwestern region for over 9 years. He moved from Denver to Durango to attend Fort Lewis College. While in Durango he met his wife Nicky and they were married in Telluride during the Summer of 2004. An internship with the Telluride Ski & Golf Company and the amazing snowboarding brought him to Telluride. After obtaining his Bachelor of Arts in Marketing, he joined the team at Telluride360 Real Estate. Adams skill set includes graphic design, web development, marketing and networking, giving him an edge technologically. Kiki started her Telluride experience as a "part-time" resident beginning in the late 70's when her family first purchased property here. A native of the Chicago suburbs, Kiki considered moving to Telluride after college, but instead chose to attend graduate school and pursue a career in Corporate Finance with the likes of Ford Motor Company. AlliedSignal, Six Flags theme parks and Honeywell. After ovr 10 successful years in the corporate world, the allure of Telluride finally won out and she moved here full time to pursue a career in real estate.

"I have a passion for real estate," says Kiki, "My parents always taught me the importance of owning real estate, so I bought my first house, a big-time fixer upper, when I was in my early twenties. What a great experience!" As her "prior life" career required her to relocate frequently, Kiki has experienced the home buying and selling process several times and in many locales. Aric grew up skiing the icy slopes of Buffalo, NY. After years of skiing the Rockies on vacation, he finally realized his dream of living in a ski town when he moved to Telluride in 1999. Originally, the plan was to stay for just a ski season. Eight years later, Aric is still here and does not intend to leave. "Telluride has so much to offer every season of the year; the weather, activities and the people. Telluride is truly an amazing place to call home.

In his off-time, Aric enjoys hiking, skiing, biking and playing fetch with his Yellow Labrador, Cass, in Town Park. Arguably, one of the most beautiful parks you'll ever see. Aric strives to provide his clients with the utmost attention and personal care before, during and after the real estate transaction. He has a deep passion for Telluride and loves to share everything this wonderful place has to offer.

Growing up in the resort community of Sedona, Arizona, gave Megan an inherent understanding of life in a tourist town. Her family's second home is in Colorado so through that, she's obtained values of both worlds. Ultimately, something drew her from Arizona to the mountains of Colorado for her college education where she received degrees in Anthropology and Art. Her real estate skills were polished in the booming market of Crested Butte. There she established a large clientele of people ranging from first time homebuyers to experienced investors. After several years, she decided to head south to a more prestigious and booming market like Telluride's.

David and Lisa Schroeder moved to Telluride with their two young children in 2001 after successful careers in corporate finance, with experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Controllership, and high-tech start-ups. Since moving to Telluride, David and Lisa have owned and sold a number of successful businesses, and also provide consulting services to clients looking to buy, sell, or operate a small business. In addition, they have successfully developed several real estate parcels from the ground up, and are very experienced in the design, approval, development, and divestiture aspects of the process.



When they're not assisting real estate clients, David, a Certified Public Accountant, operates a financial consulting business, and Lisa manages the largest lodging company in the region. Together, they're specialists in complex real estate acquisitions, particularly those involving development opportunities, investments in income earning or rental properties, and short sale acquisitions / foreclosures. Originally from Milwaukee Wisconsin, Kate moved to Colorado in 1991 to attend the Colorado College, and after graduating decided this would be her permanent home. Long time vacationer turned resident, Nina has been in love with Telluride since she was 11 years old. After graduating from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication and a minor in Business she knew it was time to make her move back to the only place other than Ohio that felt like home. Her constant need for organization helps to keep the office in order and business running smoothly.
